A loose tube is stranded in the ADSS cable. Fibers are inserted into the loose, high-modulus plastic tube. The tubes contain a chemical that blocks water. The tubes are wound into a small, spherical cable core around a fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) that serves as a non-metallic central strength element.
Following the application of filling compound, the PE inner sheath is placed over the cable core. The PE sheath completes the cable after a stranded layer of aramid yarns is put over the inner sheath as a strength element. To prevent the cable from corroding electrically, the AT (anti-tracking) sheath is changed in certain situations.
Reliable moisture-proof and water-blocking performance was offered by every area.
The ideal optical fiber shielding is offered by special filling gel-filled loose tubes.huge span lengths; the longest span is more than a thousand meters.
Fiber reinforced plastic, or FRP, has a high Young's modulus and is a key component of strength.
The cable has strength components composed of glass or aramid yarns to enable self-support.
In extreme weather conditions, there is no tensile tension on the fiber.
Installation in induced voltage fields is possible with its unique PE/AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
A 30-year lifetime is made possible by strict workmanship and raw material management.
